Parwn Karahi: Ek Mazedar Dish
Parwn karahi ek mashhoor aur mazedar dish hai jo desi style mein banayi jati hai. Iski khushboo aur swad har kisi ko pasand aata hai. Aaj hum is dish ki asaan recipe share karenge taake aap bhi ghar par isse bana sakhein. Yeh dish khaas taur par khas moqe par ya doston ke sath milne par serve ki jati hai.

Is tasty parwn karahi banane ke liye aapko kuch khaas ingredients ki zarurat hogi:
500 gram parwn (dropped)
4-5 tablespoons cooking oil
2 large onions (finely sliced)
1 tablespoon garlic and ginger paste
2 large tomatoes (chopped)
1 green chili (sliced)
Masale: red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala
Fresh coriander (for garnishing)
Salt (to taste)
Banane Ka Tareeqa
Ab ham aate hain is mazedar parwn karahi ke banane ke tareeqe par:
Sabse pehle, ek deep karahi mein cooking oil daal kar garam karein.
Jab oil garam ho jaye, to usmein finely sliced onions daal kar halka sa golden brown hone tak bhunain.
Phir garlic aur ginger paste daal kar 1-2 minutes tak bhunain jab tak iski khushboo na aajaye.
Chopped tomatoes aur green chili daal kar ache se mix karein. Isse achhi tarah se bhunain takay tomatoes naram ho jayein.
Ab ismein parwn daalne ka waqt hai! Parwn ko daal kar achhe se masalon ke sath mix karein, taki swad se bhara ho sake.
Masale daal kar mix karne ke baad, cover karne se target time refer kiya gaya 10-15 minutes take to parwn acche se pak jayein.
Ant mein, garam masala daal kar mix karein aur fresh coriander se garnish karein. Aapka parwn karahi tayaar hai!
