Daal Ki Recipe
Daal aur chawal kisi bhi Pakistani ghar ka ghar ka khana hai. Aaj hum aap ko aasan tareeqe se daal banane ki recipe bata rahe hain. Pehlay aapko daal ki zarurat hogi. Aap chana daal, masoor daal, ya moong daal le sakte hain. Daal ko acchi tarah se dhul kar, 30 minutes ke liye paani mein bhigo do.
Ingredients
Is recipe mein aapko in ingredients ki zarurat hogi:
1 cup daal (masoor ya moong)
3 cups paani
1 pyaz (chopped)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
1 tsp adrak lehsan ka paste
1 tsp haldi
1 tsp namak
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 green chilies (slit)
Daal Banane Ka Tareeqa
1. Ek pateeli mein cooking oil garam karein, phir is mein chopped pyaz daal kar golden brown hone tak bhunain.2. Ab is mein adrak lehsan ka paste daal kar kuch arse tak bhunain takay khushboo aa jaye.3. Daal daal kar usay haldi aur namak ke saath mila dein. Ab 3 cups paani daalain aur ache se mix karein.4. Is mixture ko ubalnay ke liye chhod dein. Jab ubal jaye, to aanch ko dheema kar dein aur dhak kar 20-25 minutes tak pakne dein. Daal jab tk achi tarah se pak jaye aur naram ho jaye, tab tak pakne dein or phir 5 minute ka dum pe rakh k bhagar lagaye or dhaniya daale.
Chawal Ki Recipe
Chawal banane ke liye aapko chaar cheezain chahiye:
1 cup basmati chawal
2 cup paani
1 tsp namak
1 tbsp ghee ya cooking oil
Daal ke saath chawal ko serve karne ka tareeqa aasan hai.
Chawal Banane Ka Tareeqa
1. Chawal ko ache se dhul kar 30 minutes ke liye bhigo dein. 2. Ek pateeli mein ghee ya cooking oil daal kar garam karein. 3. Ab us mein namak daal kar bhigoa hua chawal daal dein. 4. Chawal ko pyaaz ka rang aata tak bhunain. 5. Is par 2 cups paani daal kar ubal nay dein. Jab paani ubal jaye siis ko dheemay aanch par dhak kar 15-20 minutes ke liye pakne dein.
