Chicken Korma Kya Hai?

Chicken Korma ek traditional Pakistani dish hai jo aam tor par khushbu dar masalon aur creamy gravy ke saath tayyar ki jati hai. Ye dish bohot hi mehsoos aur lutf bhari hoti hai, isay roti ya naan ke sath serve kiya jata hai. Korma ki khasiyat ye hai ke is mein masalon ka ek acha balance hota hai, jo ise har mehfils ki jaan banata hai.or is dish ko bhut pasand kiya jata hy. korma zaida tar shadi biyah ki takreebat main pasand kiya jata hai.

Chicken Korma ki Ingredients

Chicken Korma tayyar karne ke liye humein kuch khaas ingredients ki zaroorat hoti hai. Ye ingredients kuch is tarah hain:

  • 1 kg chicken (bade tukde mein kata hua)

  • 2 pyaz (barik kata hua)

  • 1/2 cup dahi

  • 1/2 cup cooking oil

  • 2-3 green chilies (kati hui)

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp cumin (zeera)

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander and mint leaves for garnishing

Chicken Korma Banane ka Tarika

Chicken Korma banane ka tarika kuch aasan hai. Chaliye dekhte hain kaise isay banaya jata hai:

  1. Pehle cooking oil ko ek pan mein garam karen aur inhe pyaz daal kar golden brown hone tak bhunein.

  2. Phir ismein ginger-garlic paste daal kar kuch seconds tak bhunein.

  3. Ab ismein chicken ke tukde dalain aur achi tarah se mix karain jab tak sab jaga se brown na ho jaye.

  4. Iske baad dahi, green chilies, turmeric, cumin, coriander powder, aur salt daal kar achi tarah se milain aur pakain.

  5. Chicken ko achi tarah se pakne dein jab tak ye tender na ho jaye. Agar zaroorat ho to thoda paani daal sakte hain.

  6. Pakne ke baad, garam masala daal kar achi tarah se mix karen aur 5-7 minutes tak aur pakain.

  7. Garnish karne ke liye fresh coriander aur mint leaves daal kar serve karain.
