Aloo Chana Pulao Kya Hai?

  • 1 cup basmati chawal

  • 1 cup boiled chane

  • 4 Aloo ya jitne ap ko chahye

  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil

  • 1 onion (bareek kaata hua)

  • 2 green chilies (bareek kaati hui)

  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

  • Salt (ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE)

  • Fresh coriander (sazaawat ke liye)

  • Water (chawal pakane ke liye)

Chana Pulao Kaise Banayein?

Chana pulao banane ka tareeqa asan hai. Pehle, ek pan mein oil garam karein aur usme Zeera daalein. Jab Zeera thoda chhalkane lage, tab isme chopped onions daal kar sunehri rang aane tak bhunein. Ab isme ginger-garlic paste aur green chilies daal kar 2-3 minutes tak bhunein.Ab isme boiled chane daal kar achhe se mila dein. Phir Aloo daal kar bhune chane ke saath rice daalein aur thoda sa salt daal kar mix karein. Is mixture ko 2 cups paani daal kar ek ubal aane tak pakne dein. Jab paani ubal jaye, to dhakkar aanch dheemi kar dein aur chawal ko pakne dein jab tak paani puri tarah se soak na ho jaye.Jab chawal pak jayein, tab isse dhak kar 5 minutes ke liye rakh dein taake thoda steam ho sake.
